I told him the body shop is only a few km away or my house is a block away. He said he will tow it to my house without telling me what it will cost. Dropped it off then tell me that’s $126. I was shocked? I told him if he was going to charge me that much I would have brought it to the body shop. Now I have to wait for another tow that could have been avoided.

I was having a really bad day and he was able to come and help me almost immediately. He fixed the issue quickly and sent me on my way.

I then waited 20 minutes to have a gentleman come and help me who was rude, overbearing, belligerent, ignorant and arrogant. He also threatened me more than once.

Ali came quick was very understanding of the situation and was precise on getting my vehicle out. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Had it towed a block and a half. Wanted me to pay $185 😱. Told him I’d pay the quote $125. Inserted my debit card did not see amount displayed, pulled my card out and asked him to redo it. The driver arrived in about 2 hours and loaded my vehicle fast. When it was time for payment, he calculated that it was a 14 minute drive to the service shop and was going to charge me $250. I said that can't be right. Finally he dropped the price to $220, but that is still outrageous for a local tow (14 minutes). Very disappointing as I never would have used this service if I had been quoted such a high amount over the phone. I should've been informed of the price beforehand and the price should have been within reason.

I was in a pickle when my clutch blew on centre street in the middle of rush hour traffic. I was thankfully able to get into a parking lot, but... read more I knew it might be a tight squeeze for a tow - especially since my car is lowered and I would need a flat bed. I am pregnant, so was a little worried I would be stranded for a while waiting for a tow. I called ASAP for an emergency flat bed tow. They told me 20-30 minutes and quoted me what I thought was reasonable (but what do I know, I've never actually had a tow before). Much to my surprise, the driver actually arrived in 16 minutes and was able to magically MacGyver his flat bed and my car perfectly in the small parking lot. The driver was experienced and pleasant the entire time and plopped my car right on my driveway for my beloved husband to fix later =P Thank you for the very quick and professional service! Much appreciated.
