All of Calgary, with particular emphasis on SE, SW, and NW Calgary, plus Chestermere, Airdrie, and Okotoks.
Is towing available 24 hours a day?
Yes, towing and roadside assistance are both available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
What kind of tow trucks do you use?
Flatbed tow trucks, used as our default method for light-duty vehicles such as cars, SUVs, crossovers, minivans, and small trucks.
Do you tow heavy-duty vehicles, RVs, or commercial trucks?
No, our equipment is set up for light-duty vehicles. We don't offer heavy-duty towing.
Can I pick where my vehicle gets towed?
Yes, you choose the destination — a mechanic, dealership, your home, or another address.
Do you offer roadside assistance without a full tow?
Yes, roadside assistance covers battery boosts, flat tire help, vehicle lockouts, and fuel delivery for issues that can be resolved on-site.
What should I do first if I've been in a collision?
If anyone is injured or the vehicle is a hazard, call 911 first. Once the scene is safe, we can arrange towing to a repair shop or another location.
